Greetings from a Warm & Sunny Chiangmai

Pre & Post Virtuoso Symposium Chiangmai Programs
Further to our earlier messages and News items for those of your attending the Virtuoso Symposium this year  -
We have just been advised by Virtuoso of the revised start date of 23 April 2009 (previously we were advised it was 22 April 2009).

As before, to allow for the original dates, in order for you to arrange fairly comfortable flight timings between Sydney & Chiangmai we have based our Pre & Post Programs on the following dates:

• 17-20 April for the Pre - Symposium Chiangmai Program at the Four Seasons Resort Chiangmai
• 28 April- 1 May for the Post - Symposium Chiangmai Program at the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi Resort Chiangmai

These are in Conjunction with (now revised) very special rates provided by Four Seasons Resort Chiangmai & Mandarin Oriental Dahra Dhevi Resort Chiangmai.

Bangkok’s Don Muang Airport
According to Media reports ( See: http://www.thailandoutlook.tv/toc/ViewData.aspx?DataID=1011843 ) Thai International Airways and The Airports Authority of Thailand are planning the closure of Bangkok’s Don Muang Airport for scheduled flights WEF 29th March 2009, and all Domestic flights will operate from Bangkok’s main Suvarnabhumi Airport.

We are awaiting “official” confirmation of this and will keep you updated – In the meantime, we suggest you keep a close watch on your CRS systems if you have Clients booked to fly in or out of Don Muang Airport (DMX)
