Airport Taxes, Visas, etc..

• Bangkok Airways has now started to include their Samui Airport Passenger Service Charge in their Air tickets (previously this was collected at Samui Airport).
• Samui Airport is currently under a major renovation, and once finished will be very smart, beautiful and very “Tropical” Airport. Since it is quite a small Airport -  Arrivals & Departures are not really affected as there are plenty of Airport Staff on hand to assist.
• Visa On Arrival for Laos has increased to US$35 for US Citizens.
• As we mentioned in an earlier message – Thai International & Now Bangkok Airways both have restrictions in regard Liquids in Carry on Baggage on Domestic as well as International Flights… For More information check out:
